The Barn Owl Centre is small charity & very dedicated to provide total satisfaction. We are always looking for feedback with regards to the service we provide, to improve, we are always prepared to listen to any suggestions or comments you might have to improve standards.
Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and Switch.
Gift Vouchers for Experiences:
All Gift Vouchers that are purchased from the Barn Owl Centre through the web site & direct from us will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Once the voucher is in your pocession we cannot refund or replace any Gift Vouchers if you lose them or if they are stolen. Please treat your Gift Voucher like cash & not like a receipt.
On the date of your activity please make sure you bring the voucher with you, your experience is based on the voucher being handed in at reception on the entry time of your booking date.
If you are a UK tax payer, we as a charity can reclaim 25p in the pound in tax back from the UK Government, a Gift Aid Declaration must be signed & returned back to us. This form is normally sent out to the purchaser with a receipt of purchase.
Our online shop products and delivery are displayed and payable in UK pound sterling. All payment transaction are securely taken by Worldpay.

When you buy from the Barn Owl Centre, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we know sometimes you may need to return products. The policy below sets out how to do so. This policy applies only for purchases of products from the Barn Owl Centre on the barnowl.co.uk website.
Changed your mind:
If you want to return a product because you've changed your mind, please contact us within the 30 days cancellation period, so we can arrange your refund. You can contact us on the details below.
Product arrives damaged or is faulty:
If any of our products arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us or bring your product to the Barn Owl Centre and we will arrange a like-for-like product to replace the damaged/faulty item.
Exchange or replace a product:
Contact us or bring your product to the Barn Owl Centre, if in stock and we will arrange an exchange or replacement.
If you are returning a damaged or faulty product, we will pay the cost of your return. If your return is for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of the return.Please note, if you do not return the product to us within 30 days of cancelling your order, you will be responsible for our costs in recovering that product from you.
Your statutory rights:

We normally dispatch a shop order within a few days of receipt, for unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control we will do our best not exceed a 14 day working period.
Please call us first before placing a shop order, the postage we charge on our webiste is based on UK addresses only.
UK Deliveries for England, Scotland, Ireland and the outer Isles including Pick Up
We can delivery Nest Boxes to all areas of the UK or Nest Boxes can be picked up from the Centre as an option to save on the delivery charge, to arrange pick up you will need to call us first on 01452 383999.
England and Wales is a standard delivery cost, for all deliveries to Scotland and outer islands of mainland UK, please call us before placing an order as the courier cost for delivery will vary.
PLEASE NOTE : Please supply your contact telephone number when you place your order, this can be very useful if the courier becomes lost or if for some reason they have a problem finding the delivery address you have given.
Our courier can call you for directions if we struggle to find you; some properties are sometimes harder to find than others especially if they are in remote areas of the countryside. Our aim is to get the nest box to you.
If you need to contact us for any reason, this you can do at any time, including evenings, please note that we do operate a 24hr Rescue Centre too. For office hours, the best time to call is between 9am until 9pm, evenings are better though.
